When working with the locally owned Pet wants Chicago franchise, it became clear that while the brand had strong product messaging, most of the creative from corporate were focused on lower funnel promotions.

there were limited brand-level storytelling assets designed to introduce the company, its philosophy around fresh pet nutrition, and the passion behind the local business.

To address this gap, we developed and produced a brand introduction video designed to build awareness and connect emotionally with pet parents. the video became the foundation for a broader campaign across ctv, social, and digital channels, helping introduce the brand to new audiences and elevate its presence in the chicago market.
